1. Returns (Change of Mind)
We accept returns for most items within 30 days from the date you receive your order. To be eligible for a return:
- The item must be unused, unworn, and in the same condition that you received it.
- It must be in the original packaging with all tags attached.
- You must provide proof of purchase (order number or receipt).
Non-returnable items:
- Earrings (for hygiene reasons, unless defective)
- Custom or personalized jewelry
- Gift cards
- Final sale / clearance items (clearly marked on product page)

2. Return Shipping Costs
If you are returning an item because you changed your mind, you are responsible for paying the return shipping costs. Shipping costs are non-refundable. We recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance – we cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item without tracking.
3. Damaged, Defective, or Wrong Items
We carefully inspect all items before shipping. However, if you receive a product that is damaged, defective, or not what you ordered, please contact us immediately at support@liorven.com within 7 days of delivery. Include:
- Your order number
- Photos or video clearly showing the issue
- A brief description
We will arrange for a free replacement or a full refund (including original shipping costs) as soon as we verify the issue. In some cases, we may not require the item to be returned.
4. Refunds (How They Work)
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you via email. If approved, your refund will be processed within 5-7 business days.
- Credit card / PayPal: The refund will be credited to your original payment method. Depending on your bank or payment provider, it may take additional time (up to 10 business days) to appear in your account.
- Gift card / store credit: Refund will be issued as a store credit code sent to your email.
If you have not received your refund after 15 business days, please check with your bank/credit card company first, then contact us.
5. Exchanges
We only exchange defective or damaged items. If you need a different size or color, please return the original item (following the returns process) and place a new order separately. This is the fastest way to get the correct product.
6. European Union 14‑Day Cooling‑Off Period
If your order is shipped to an address in the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without justification. The same eligibility conditions (unused, original packaging) apply as described in Section 1. The return shipping cost will be your responsibility unless the item is defective.
7. Late or Missing Refunds
If you haven’t received a refund after we have confirmed it:
- Check your bank account again.
- Contact your credit card company – it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
- Contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.
